COLOURS AND DESIGN: We can meet most peoples choices, we use what are known as "RAL" colours.  The price includes up to 2 solid colours, although more colours can be added for an additional charge (£25 per colour), and simple designs, more complex designs will be quoted for.  Designs submitted via email will be sent directly to the factory and be assured they will attempt to recreate your design as best they can - the more information you include the more likely the result will match your idea.  Go to "Choose your colours" to see the choice.

FITTINGS - KAYAK:   Unlike some of our competitors, standard fittings are included in the price. Kayaks come with an Italian style seat with a built in recess for padding for your back for added comfort. The seat comes unfitted so you can fit it in the manner and position you want. A choice of a footrest that is available either with 15cm or 30cm length.  The Dino also comes with a set of rear buoyancy bags as standard.

FITTINGS - CANADIAN:   Canoes come with a choice of either a foam block, straps and buckle kit, or an anatomical seat, again inclusive within the price. Velcro straps are also available as an extra at £22

DELIVERY:   Delivery times vary dependent upon how busy the factory is, usually between 6 - 8 weeks after the order is placed, sometimes this is quicker, but on occasion it may take longer. The cost includes delivery to Nottingham or a designated event at which we are attending.  We will contact you when we know your boat is to leave the factory and when we are likely to have it ready for delivery to you.

ORDERING:   We need the following to take an order:
The Boat you want (such as "Toro" or "Toril").
The construction (such as "Profi").
The cut. This can be done in one of two ways either the paddler weight in kgs and we will work it out or defining the cut relevant to the demo such as "less 10mm all round"
The fittings. For kayaks the length of footrest, for Canadians either the foam block option or the seat.
The colours and design: Specify what you want, both on the deck and the hull. (such as "RAL 1234 on deck leave hull natural" or "RAL 1245 all over with RAL 1256 strips as per attached design")
The deposit. We will need a £200 deposit to place the order with the factory, the rest is payable upon delivery.
Finally do you want any extras such as a boat bag. (K1=£85; C1=£85; C2=£105) or buoyancy bags (£30 a pair)
